Orders

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to check the status of your shipment.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us at contact@sabaku-parts.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Processing and delivery times may vary for special order items.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the items in your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any return. For full details, please see our Return & Refund Policy page.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return: coilovers, electronics and electrical components, engine internal parts, turbochargers/superchargers and kits, special order items, and items from our Sale/Clearance collection. Installed, modified, or used items also cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?

For customer-initiated returns (ordered in error, no longer needed, etc.), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at contact@sabaku-parts.com with your order number, the part number(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If approved, we will issue an RMA number and return instructions. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RMA number.

Damaged or Defective Items

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging. Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or ship a replacement.

Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Each product is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims, please contact us and we will help you with the process.

Fitment & Vehicle Search

How do I find parts that fit my vehicle?

Use our Year/Make/Model search tool at the top of the page. Select your vehicle's year, make, and model, and we will show you only the parts that are compatible with your vehicle.

Can I save my vehicle for future visits?

Yes. Use the My Garage feature to save your vehicle information. Next time you visit, your saved vehicle will be available so you can quickly filter parts without re-entering your details.

What if a part does not fit my vehicle?

If you used our Year/Make/Model search tool and the part was listed as compatible but does not fit, please contact us at contact@sabaku-parts.com with your order number and vehicle information. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

What about universal or fitment-not-required parts?

Some parts such as accessories, fluids, and general-use items are universal and do not require vehicle-specific fitment. These items will be shown regardless of the vehicle selected.
