At Sabaku Parts, we are committed to getting your parts to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the following information regarding our shipping practices.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International destinations
- P.O. Boxes (for oversized or freight items)
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods through our fulfillment partners:

Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
- Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
- Not all shipping methods may be available for all items or destinations.
- Oversized or heavy items (e.g., bumpers, roof racks, large suspension kits) may ship via LTL freight and may have longer delivery times.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Special order items (products not regularly stocked) may require additional processing time. You will be notified if your order includes special order items.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@sabaku-parts.com.
6. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship from different warehouse locations and may arrive in separate packages on different dates. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.
7. Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item:
- Do not discard any packaging materials (boxes, padding, etc.)
- Take photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sabaku-parts.com
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
LTL Freight Deliveries
If your order is delivered via LTL freight:
- Inspect the shipment before signing the Bill of Lading
- If there is visible damage, note the damage on the Bill of Lading before signing
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
8. Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused at delivery or is returned to us due to:
- Customer refusal
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and any reshipment costs. These fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Address changes after an order has shipped may incur redirect fees charged by the carrier.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on:
- Size and weight: Oversized items may only be available for ground or freight shipping
- Hazardous materials: Some products may have carrier restrictions
- Manufacturer restrictions: Certain brands may have specific shipping requirements
Any applicable restrictions will be noted on the product page or communicated during order processing.
