Designed with strength and reliability in mind, the BD Diesel 7.3L Power Stroke exhaust manifolds feature a 37.5% thicker casting wall compared to stock. Combine this with solid mounting lugs that extend all the way to the cylinder head, the BD Manifold will resist cracking and warping. With no compromises, the kit includes steel OEM-style gaskets instead of the common aftermarket composite style known to fail! Blending this robust casting and gasket type with the 14% increase in flow performance allows the venerable 7.3L Power Stroke to breathe like tubular-fabricated manifolds, with the reliability of cast-iron construction. Painted for corrosion resistance, these manifolds are built to last and keep the 7.3L Power Stroke nameplate standing the test of time.

Returns & warranty
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, unused, and uninstalled items in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested before shipping any return. Some items are not eligible for return, including electronics, engine internals, turbo/supercharger kits, special orders, and Sale/Clearance items.
