Form-A-Shield(TM) solves the problem of needing a direct contact, extreme heat barrier. Capable of withstanding direct heat of up to 1400°F+, Form-A-Shield(TM) was designed to provide the best possible heat protection in areas where high temperatures are always present and problematic. Form-A-Shield(TM) can be applied to exhaust headers, manifolds, turbo housings, and downpipes dramatically reducing radiant exhaust temperatures. Formed from 10 mil dimpled aluminum bonded to a high temperature rated basalt thermal barrier material, Form-A-Shield(TM) can be applied directly to hot surfaces helping to lower under hood temperatures while keeping more heat in the exhaust system. We currently ship within the United States only. Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day, and standard delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight, and a tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Returns & warranty
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, unused, and uninstalled items in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested before shipping any return. Some items are not eligible for return, including electronics, engine internals, turbo/supercharger kits, special orders, and Sale/Clearance items.
