It's hard to believe, but not everyone likes the look of exhaust wrap. But despite different visual tastes, we haven't met any customer that likes getting burned by a hot exhaust pipe. DEI now offers a our premium Titanium material in the form of a sleeve. This great looking alternative to traditional wrap satisfies the eyes while offering the same amount of insulation and protection. To fit properly the pipes must not have any welded brackets or fittings allowing the sleeve to slide over the end of the pipe. Each kit includes four of our stainless steel locking ties and tie tool to ensure a secure fit. NOTE: Wrapping of the catalytic converter is not recommended, as overheating can lead to reduced lifetime of the converter. Instead, try our Corvette Catalytic Converter Shield or create your own shield using our Floor & Tunnel Shield II(TM). We currently ship within the United States only. Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day, and standard delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight, and a tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Returns & warranty
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on new, unused, and uninstalled items in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested before shipping any return. Some items are not eligible for return, including electronics, engine internals, turbo/supercharger kits, special orders, and Sale/Clearance items.
