Enkei NVR5 wheels represent the latest evolution of Enkei’s Racing Series engineering, blending a race-proven split five-spoke layout with lightweight structural strength for track day machines, sport compacts, and performance sedans. Developed using feedback from top-tier endurance racing, the NVR5 is manufactured in Japan utilizing Enkei’s MAT (Most Advanced Technology) flow-forming process to maximize rim barrel density and minimize unsprung weight. Featuring multiple concavity profiles across its sizing range, the NVR5 maximizes torsional stiffness under heavy cornering loads while delivering razor-sharp turn-in precision and unyielding chassis feedback.
- Tested to Enkei’s Spec-E quality standard, requiring higher impact drop energy and 20% more rotational fatigue cycles than standard JWL guidelines
- Multi-stage protective surface coating shields against intense track heat, road salt corrosion, and brake dust accumulation
- Race-inspired split five-spoke architecture to balance brake clearance and structural rigidity
